The Bluefields Villas Foundation was incorporated in Virginia and has been accepted by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) organization. All of the organization’s reserve funds are kept in a U.S. bank account in USD. Funds are converted into JMD and transferred to Jamaica as needed for specific projects and immediately disbursed.
